After many requests to become a moderator, the team has decided that matt was the most suitable member to fill that position, this is to no detriment of the others that wanted to progress as a moderator just that matt fulfilled the position more fully. There will be other opportunities in the future for people to become part of the moderation team.
Welcome to the team matt and I am sure that the members of this forum would like to welcome you, knowing that you will be able to provide some more ideas and suggestions to prove the forum further.
We are going to re-start the Tank in the Spotlight section, each month i will be doing a write up on a members tank with pictures etc, this will then be open to comments and questions to which the tank owner will be able to reply. I will be PMing members asking if they would like there tank to be featured. We wont be calling it Tank of the Month as some people think this is a little Pretentious so it will just be a members tank section rather than trying to say you have the "Best" tank on the site. If you would like to have your tank featured you can always PM me and i will send you the template for the feature.
I will be starting this section on the 1st August and then on the 1st of each month a new tank will be added. I have Augusts tank in the spotlight already sorted out but if you would like to be Septembers tank please feel free to PM me otherwise i will be sending out invites over the next few weeks.
We are looking for a new moderator to join the team. If you have time on your hands and feel that you can help to moderate the forum along with having some creative ideas to put into practise then contact me to express your interest in becoming part of a close team, please do not be offended if you are not taken on as I know of a few people that have already said they would like to become a moderator and I am only looking for one person.
