Add there ideas to how the forum can grow, make the members feel at home and bring our little community together with there ideas and input. A moderator is a person who keeps an eye on the posts, puts people in the right direction when they are going down the wrong one and overall be a friendly face/name which people can turn too if they need too. They need to respect members and also be respected by them, they need to want to give something to the forum. Be a part of it and give there time to the forum as a whole.
I could go on and on but I wont.
Ive been here years now and seen mods come and go. Being a moderator is not a status symbol on here like others, its being part of a very tight nit family. awww now im all warm and fuzzy.
so i've decided to delete the posts (including my own) as it was going to distract everyone away from what the original post was intended to do, and that is find a new Moderator.
